Tasneem Motala, head of our Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and Administration and senior lecturer in Operational Management, recently took part in an online Innovative Curriculum Conference hosted by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Faculty from Henley Business School and the University of Miami also joined the session.

The topic was “Turning disruptions into experiential learning”. Motala spoke about the MBA International Study Module (ISM) to Silicon Valley that took place virtually when Covid-19 happened. All MBA students travel to global destinations and the aim of this academic and cultural immersion is to develop managers with a global mind-set.
