NPO in One Day

Leading an NPO requires specific skills, strategies and leadership qualities in order for your organisation to prosper. USB’s Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Development for NPOs is designed to help NPO leaders like you to develop these qualities.

Join us at our NPO in One Day event where, in a single day, you will learn to develop your authentic leadership profile in the difficult context of NPOs.

The NPO in One Day will focus on:

  • The internal controls on quality, finance and activities your NPO needs
  • Trust and integrity within your NPO
  • Analysis and presentation of your social impact to funders and other stakeholders

  • Implement processes and instruments of control and integrity within your NPO
  • Develop leadership styles and skills to lead your NPO to a higher level
  • Implement steering mechanisms in your NPO and be fully accountable
