TWO FACILITATED STUDY MODULES IN TWO WORLD-CLASS CITIES

Following a very successful first project in 2017, we are proud to announce a second joint initiative between two well-established business education institutions to enhance business ethics leadership skills on the African continent.

This International Ethical Leadership Colloquium is designed for senior level managers and participation is limited to 20 select members from the African continent only.

It will take place over two stimulating and highly interactive study schools in Stellenbosch near Cape Town (South Africa) and Wittenberg close to the capital city of Berlin (Germany).

THE STUDY SCHOOLS ARE DESIGNED AROUND THREE COMPONENTS:

  1. Mornings are devoted to interactions with thought leaders in the fields of governance, sustainability and transparency. (We debate and ask tough questions about ethical leadership in the world today).
  2. Afternoons we visit companies, talking to prominent business and industry leaders to see sustainability in action. (We can talk to VW in Germany about “diesel-gate” and the future of electric cars and to Transparency International on their annual Corruption Perception Index, whilst visiting a wine-farm in the Western Cape to witness empowerment and sustainability).
  3. The evenings are set aside for exciting cultural exposure and some free time. (You bet that Stellenbosch, Cape Town, Berlin and Wittenberg have more than enough to offer us!)
