Justin Siljeur

Lecturer: Digital Transformation at Stellenbosch University Business School


Justin Siljeur has over 16 years’ experience working with various large-scale transformations in global and African listed entities in strategy formulation-to-implementation, business process modeling and re-engineering, compliance implementation, and change management. His diverse industry niche ranges from FMCG, petrochemicals, agriculture to mining, manufacturing, financial services, and the public sector.

He is passionate about supporting traditional organisations’ transition into data-driven, digitally inter-connected, and value-creating entities that provide deep, meaningful work for employees.

Nompumelelo Mokou

Southern Africa Managing Director: Dimension Data

Nompumelelo Mokou completed her MBA in 2018 and embarked on her journey to validate her theories on business strategy. At the beginning of the MBA, she was a director and shareholder at Ngubane & Co. (a medium size SA audit firm). She joined Dimension Data in September 2016 as Senior Finance Manager in Gauteng overseeing the Managed Services business unit.

On 26 March 2021, she was appointed as the Southern Africa Managing Director at Dimension Data. She has since had a few features on ITWeb, TechCentral, Business Day and The Sunday Times. She was also a panelist in the Sanlam Gauge Report release on 6 May 2021.



Crecencia Chapwanya

Senior Product Manager at BlackSwan Data Technologies

Crecencia is currently a Senior Product Manager at Blackswan Data Technologies, responsible for transitioning the flagship product into a SAAS platform. Her previous experience in her roles provided exposure to various product development for FinTech, Travel Tech, MarTech and Ed Tech products to name a few. Crecencia leads with integrity and inspiration, and places her faith in feedback loops, which help her build stronger, high-performance teams based on trust.  Her idea of successful leadership is building teams imbued with a strong sense of teamwork and participation. She believes a team that understands the value of the products they’re building, is an empowered team, and that high collaboration, innovation and trust breed success.
