More about the speaker
Cornelius Ramatlhakwane has been with the Post since 2009, as Head of Business Development overseeing Botswana Post transition into e-commerce sphere in pursuance of the Icon of Excellence strategy. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking, financial and postal services sector covering diverse areas such as business development, Customer Service, Credit, Risk Management, Sales and Marketing. He started his career with Deloitte and Touche, Cresta Hospitality Group and Standard Chartered Bank before joining Botswana Post at Executive Management Level responsible for commercial strategy, business development, and product development. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategic Management from the University of Derby – United Kingdom, as well Executive Development Programmes from University of Stellenbosch Business School – South Africa, and Management College of South Africa and other substantial training courses and programmes in personal development, mentorship and motivation.

Prof Ulrich Schmitt is Professor Extraordinaire for Knowledge Management at the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB). His career covers IT and management consulting, professorships, and academic management positions in Europe and Southern Africa based on interdisciplinary studies in management, engineering and information technology.
