USB Alumni and COMENSA Masterclass: Working with evolving clients – Theory and Practice of Developmental Coaching

AlumNet

USB Alumni and COMENSA Masterclass: Working with evolving clients – Theory and Practice of Developmental Coaching

  Masterclass     29 Mar       Cape Town

Why might your carefully created professional approach work with some clients and does not work with others? How can you become more developmentally-minded as a coach and flexible to the changing needs of evolving clients?

During this USB Alumni Masterclass, in association with COMENSA, we will explore an original developmental framework based on the theory of self in the context of personal and professional change. We will experiment with applying this framework to your practice and your own development. This offers an opportunity to contribute to the idea of human development on a wider scale and at the same time, support our clients in the process of meaningful one-to-one interaction with a focus on their current needs.

The Masterclass is designed to help you:

  • Use a new developmental framework in order to identify an appropriate individual approach to each client;
  • Become more developmentally-minded practitioner;
  • Develop a better rationale for some of your interventions in light of the original theory of individual change; and
  • Use specific mechanisms of developmental coaching for each stage of the developmental framework.
