Acquire the skills your industry needs

The MBA with stream in Health Care Leadership will help you understand all the functional areas of management. You will eventually develop a firm grasp of the principles of clinical governance as well as current health care reform programmes such as National Health Insurance, the policy landscape and health systems for value-based care.

The specialisation modules will prepare you to take on the challenges of finance and funding in health care, taking into account a limited-resource context in South Africa and in Africa.

You will also gain global insight through the MBA stream in Health Care Leadership, as it includes an International Study Module at a business school abroad and a personal leadership development journey tailored for the health care leader you would like to become.

The modules and electives focused on Health Care Leadership are offered during the second year of your enrolment in the Blended Learning format of your MBA.
