Simphiwe Mbonambi

Simphiwe Mbonambi is living proof that great leaders can be made. Growing up in a single income household she learned the importance of hard work, persistence and how to get things done in the face of adversity. Simphiwe began her career working for Eskom Holdings and rose to leadership at the age of 24, managing a team that was much older than her. As a result of her leadership capability she won the coveted Leader of the Year award in 2012 and received two promotions in 10 months.

She has more than 10 years of leadership experience and successfully coaches leaders and professionals in a number of organizations. She holds a BCom Honours in Supply Chain Management, is a certified Executive Coach, and is currently doing her MBA with the University of Reading’s Henley Business School.
