Building an organisation’s reputation starts with the leader. Join USB academic Dr Marietjie Theron-Wepener, who teaches on reputation management and strategic communication, as she explores reputation building during this USB Masterclass hosted in Windhoek, Namibia.

More about the presenter

Dr Marietjie Theron-Wepener’s fields of expertise include corporate reputation, organisational brand identity, strategic marketing, stakeholder relationship management and customer experience management. She has held senior full-time positions in large and medium-sized organisations in various industries, including media, agriculture, advertising and tertiary education, and have been involved part-time in consulting, research and lecturing in the tourism, wine, agricultural, legal and (tertiary) business education sectors. She has lectured full-time and part-time at USB, USB-ED, Bond University (Australia), Aix en Province Business School (France), the University of Stockholm Business School and in-house for companies since 2000. Her practical experience is underpinned by a PhD in Business Management and Administration (in the field of Marketing – Corporate Reputation).
