Teaching and training in dispute resolution

Our faculty teach on the MBA and executive education programmes of the USB and UCT's GSB in the following areas -

• Negotiation skills
• Conflict management and dispute resolution
• Mediation
• Dispute systems design and implementation
• Business, Peace & Prosperity: the role of business in establishing and maintaining peaceful relations with their investment environment

We also offer in-house training on all of the above.

From February 2011 the ACDS and USB are offering the first Postgraduate Diploma in Dispute Settlement (NQF level 8) at a South African business school.
