Research

The Centre's researchers undertake focused research projects on a variety of topics related to dispute prevention, management and settlement. The Centre also undertakes contract research on behalf of the public and private sector. Research is carried out by the Centre's full-time researchers and by post-graduate students.

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

The findings of the research undertaken by the Centre are used as input for the USB's MBA, other post-graduate programmes and shorter courses in order to offer programmes that are of real value to business people and legal practitioners, especially on the African continent.
