(a) A deposit of 25% of your total accommodation is required one month prior to your arrival. if your deposit is not received in time, your booking
will automatically be cancelled.

(b) Should your reservation be cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you will forfeit this deposit.

(c) NO refunds will be given for early departure.

(d) The hotel shall have the right to cancel reservations at 18h00 on the
day of arrival, where no deposit, payment, credit card guarantee or travel agent’s voucher is forthcoming. If the booking is guaranteed with any of
the above, and not cancelled, it will result in a no-show fee to the value
of the first night’s accommodation rate.

(e) Should the prevailing rate change during the duration of this accommodation the University of Stellenbosch/Bellvista Lodge
reserves the right to amend the quoted rates accordingly.

(f) Day use rooms are strictly on request and allocations depend on availability. The room will be available until 17h00

(g) Check-in time is 14h00. Arrangements have to be made with reception for arrival after 21h30. Guests arriving early must store their luggage in the luggage room until such time that their rooms are ready.

(h) Check-out time is 10h00. Guests departing late are to vacate their rooms by 10h00 on the morning of departure and the luggage will be stored in the luggage room.

(i) Early arrival and late departures where guests need to remain in their hotel rooms will result in an additional charge of R200 per room.
