This programme focuses solely on leadership skills to leverage one of the most underutilised workplace and societal resources at our disposal. These leadership competencies can be applied in any industry, anywhere in the world.
It is aimed at managers in the private and public sector, professionals who want to prepare for managerial positions, and those who want to broaden their leadership competencies.

Learning philosophy
The learning philosophy of this programme is based on the integration of academic rigour and work-based learning, finding your authentic personal leadership style, international application with local specialisation, and extensive support.
Structure and content
This programme is delivered in 4 on-campus blocks (6 days each) spread over 1 year. Students need to complete the 6 compulsory modules and 1 elective.

Accreditation
This programme is internationally accredited by EQUIS. It is also accredited by the SA Council on Higher Education (CHE).
Important dates
You need to apply by 1 December 2011. The first block starts in February 2012. These are the dates of the 4 blocks in 2012.
