The regional chairpersons form the USB Alumni Association National Committee (Alumni Exco). The Alumni Exco members are the patrons of the alumni body and represent the USB at national events such as the USB Alumni Gala Event and the USB Alumni Refresher. They play an advisory role to the USB regarding its alumni activities.
